STEP 1 - PREFABRICATED HOUSE
After issuing the foreman’s plans, the "timber walls" are prefabricated in our plant. delivered to the building site and assembled in just a few days, the windows and external doors are installed and the roof is tiled (winter-proof).

- Unlimited scope for architectural design
- Very high degree of prefabrication
- Pre-installation of electric wiring
- Leak-tightness measurement (blower door test)

STEP II - TIMBER CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE
Finishing work is carried out once the preliminary installation work (electrics/plumbing) has been carried out by the customer.The result is a house that is largely ready to move into. |
The service includes:
- Thermal and sound insulation of floors and roof pitch
- Balconies, steps, internal doors
- Timber floors
- Various special services

ON REQUEST...
...we will act as the general contractor and you will get a Kuchler timber house from a "single-source supplier". We have access to excellent subcontractors due to our many years of work in this sector. We will be responsible for supervising the building works up to handover of the keys. |
The service includes:
- Planning for permission to build/energy performance certificate
- Construction of the foundation slab or cellar
- Prefabricated chimneys
- Tiling work
- Installation of electrics, plumbing and heating
- Painting and decorating work
- Notice of building completion/handover
