STEP 1 - PREFABRICATED HOUSE
After issuing the foreman’s plans. the machined boards are prefabricated in our plant, delivered to the building site and assembled in just a few days, the windows and external doors are installed and the roof is tiled (winter-proof). |
The service includes:
- Variable and traditional design
- High degree of prefabrication
- Unique corner joint (finger joint/double finger joint)
- Drilled holes for electrical installations
- Leak-tightness measurement (blower door test)

STEP II - TIMBER CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE
Finishing work is carried out once the preliminary installation work (electrics/plumbing) has been carried out by the customer. The result is a house that is largely ready to move into. |
The service includes:
- Thermal and sound insulation of floors and roof pitch
- Balconies, steps, internal doors
- Timber floors
- Various special services

ON REQUEST...
...we will act as the general contractor and you will get a Kuchler log house from a "single-source supplier". We have access to excellent subcontractors due to our many years of work in this sector. We will be responsible for supervising the building works up to handover of the keys. |
The service includes:
- Planning for permission to build/energy performance certificate
- Construction of the foundation slab or cellar
- Prefabricated chimneys
- Tiling work
- Installation of electrics, plumbing and heating
- Painting and decorating work
- Notice of building completion/handover
